Holiday Food Drive 2020

From now through Sunday, December 20th The West 104th Street Block Association is partnering with City Harvest to collect non-perishable food items for those in need, in this year of great need.

The collection boxes are located in the lobby or laundry room of 315 Riverside Dr320 Riverside Dr309 West 104th St, 895 West End Ave, and 905 West End Ave.

If your building does not have a collection bin, you can drop off food in the lobby of 320 Riverside Drive.

The most helpful items include:

  • ❆ Canned fruits and vegetables
  • ❆ Canned proteins (i.e. tuna or beans)
  • ❆ Peanut butter (plastic jars)
  • ❆ Macaroni and cheese (packaged)
  • ❆ Soups
  • ❆ Hot and cold cereal (packaged, family-sized)
  • ❆ Juice packs

City Harvest cannot take:

  • ❆ Unlabeled or dented cans
  • ❆ Open packages
  • ❆ Products that require refrigeration
  • ❆ Homemade foods
  • ❆ Expired products

Please remember to wear a mask and follow social distancing protocols.
