As we approach the turning of the calendar to 2018, I am pleased to introduce your officers for the West 104th Street Block Association:
- President: Steve Zirinsky – a long time board member and resident of 315 Riverside Drive. Steve was instrumental in obtaining the beautiful street lights we have on the block.
- Vice-President: Jeff Howitt – a long time board member and a resident of 315 Riverside Drive. Jeff is the Block Party “guru” who ensures we all have a great time.
- Secretary: Larry Stern – a board member of three years and a resident of 315 Riverside Drive. Larry has served a Secretary for the past two years.
- Treasurer: Barbara Boynton – a long time board member and a resident of 905 West End Ave. Barbara has been our Treasurer for many years.
- Newsletter Editor: Hanna Rubin – a current board member who returned after a few years hiatus and a resident of 315 Riverside Drive.
Board Members: Alex Bell, Alex Grannis, Joyce Mann, Martin Mann, Mary Jo Gennaro, Lynn Max, Barbara Bryan, Gary Waskow, and Nancy Lian.

I will be stepping down as president and board member, effective immediately. Thank you for your past and continued support of the block association to continue its mission of safety, beautification, and improved quality of life in our community. It has been an honor to serve on the board and work with all of you.
