A Special Appeal for Block Beautification
Please help us with the Block Association’s beautifcation projects!
Dear Neighbors,
Ours is a special block, attractive and welcoming.
Your dues and contributions help to keep it that way.
Like everyone, we have seen prices rise in recent times. Costs are up for our annual plantings of tulips and begonias.
This year, we have some unforeseen beautifcation expenses as well as other costs.
Our arborist reports that the block’s trees need pruning and feeding.The new pin oak in front of 309 West 104th Street needs special treatment to thrive.The block tree guards badly need touch up and repair.
These costs will total about $6500.
With a $50 contribution from each resident, we could easily meet them.
But please know that anything you can give will be deeply appreciated and make a difference.
