Dues and Mugs

WEST 104TH STREET BLOCK ASSOCIATION BLOCK BYTES

Tree guard in snow with a small sign reading, “Plantings provided by the West 104th Street Block Association.”

It’s Dues Time!

See the link to pay at the bottom of the page.

Ours is a special block: lovely, historic, welcoming and safe.

Your contribution to the Block Association helps to keep it that way.

Thanks to your support, we have a guard on duty six evenings a week, plant and tend our tree gardens with spring and summer blooms, publish a quarterly newsletter, keep you alerted to local events with this Block Byte, and host the West Side’s ultimate block party—the Yard Sale and its popular 50/50 raffle.

Your support helps create a community that makes West 104th Street a wonderful place to call home.

However, like everyone, we have seen our costs rise over the last couple of years.

The bulbs and begonias have risen in price, the guard service fees increased at the start of the year, and even incidentals like flyer printing have ticked up.

So if you haven’t contributed before please consider doing so now.

Suggested annual dues are $175. We want to continue all our services, and prompt payment helps us do this.

If you can give more, we welcome it. But whatever you give will help.

And if you have given this year, you can still get a new mug….

We now have coffee mugs $12 each

When paying your dues why not get a mug at the same time?

Be safe, and do keep in touch with us.

Thanks!
